Sumitra Pasupathy, KAIs Founder, is a trained coach and facilitator. She engages individuals and organizations in processes that involve deep inquiry and connection to self, the community and wider networked systems. Sumitra is known to invite her stakeholders into the exploration of theories of change that shift power dynamics, accelerate innovation and transform relational dynamics in the giving and impact space.
